Growing up on a small farm taught me to respect where our food comes from and the value of hard work. My love for baking started when my children were young and has since blossomed into a passion for sourdough bread.

Pairing my garden with bread making instilled in me patience, care, and tradition. Cultivating food and turning it into something nourishing is deeply fulfilling. Sourdough bread making is a meditative process that requires patience and care, resulting in a loaf with a crisp crust and chewy, tangy interior. Each loaf is crafted with meticulous care and dedication, reflecting my passion for baking.
